I was hoping to vote for Blackheart's team suggestion detailed in the balance team's manifesto to make the UEF bombers less $h1t. I could not see this item in the poll, is it missing by mistake, intentionally dropped or included in another option?

This is a bug, not a balance change. There is no need to discuss bug fixes.
