Does anyone know why Player Track does not work with FAF? Is this to do with it being on a different server? Or was it a decision to promote FAF's internal rating?

I cant help but think the FAF rating does not really tell you enough about the player and, if I understand the scoring systems as it is explained in the wiki, Your rating is very strongly correlated to how many games you play - meaning it represents the amount you play, more than your ability (Please correct me if im wrong about this)?

Also, does anyone know why the power lobby declares team sharing options as "full share" or "share until dead" (cant remember if there are any others?) instead of just having "Auto Give: on or off"?

Thanks

Because originally it was a separate mod called something like "share" and have been built in faf or power lobby (not sure where exactly), and it has nothing to do with autogive mod

Youre wrong^^ its rather the other way round.

share until death: you can share while you are still in the game. If you die, all your units, including the shared ones, you gave to an ally, will die too.

full share: shared units stay alive after you die.

nothing to do with autogive

you are wrong about it. Trueskill is not very sensible to the amount of game you are playing. Unlike an ELO rating, the rating won't increase over time.

The author of playertrack needs to make it compatible with FAF. I don't have the source code, the authorization or even the time to do it.

ok, I have been looking under "Scoring system" in the FAF Wiki and it says this:

General Rules
You gain one point for killing an ACU
You lose one point for losing your ACU (killed or CTRL-K)
You gain five points if you see the "Victory" popup at the end of the game.

Is the scoring system not related to the rating then?

If so, where can I find a description of how the rating/Trueskill is calculated?

Thanks
