One of ZLO's casts comments question

Right, this thread is not so much about the video itself, but more about the guy seemingly having a conversation with himself in the comments. 1. Is it a bug where original comment and replies have both come under the original commenter's nickname or 2. Is this guy actually having a conversation with himself? Another thing is there are a few comments after the incident and no one seems to query the bizarre happenings. I did wonder why the video had so many comments. Here's the link:

Right you are there my son The names were so similar I didn't notice. However, the fact that their names are so similar in itself is strange IMO. Still think there is something weird going on there.
