Mex Manger Mod: Can't find

Used the MexManager mod but had to reinstall my OS and lost all my files. Only place I knew it was was

http://gpgnet-vault.bathnet.org/mods/ but this seems to have gone offline.

Has anyone got the file? Its not located in the vault, thanks.
