Color/icon tags for chat list

I do not know what is in store for the next revolution in the social experience
of FAF. However, for what we have right now, color/icon tags will be very helpful:

- Green for your training buddies,
- Blue for those nice people who uplifted you from novicedom,
- Red for people who are very rude and kick others without warning
have very high personal standards and require more care in interactions... :P

As my friend list grows longer, this system shall come in handy.
There are a few good friends whose nicknames you recognize, yet there are
many others to whom you do not talk often, but whose interactions matter.

Track your karma with a right click! ^_^

Good ideas.

Social interaction options will be extended, probably in 0.7, meaning it'll be a while.

An ignore list will be added before that, I guess.

A karma system is being contemplated, too.

You can already add friends by right-clicking on their names. They will show up near the top of the nick list, their games will be colored differently (more obvious later) and also listed on top.
I waited ten years for Supreme Commander (1997-2007)
and have not a single day felt disappointed with it!

I have been using that :D. Mainly to track nice people I have come across on FAF,
so that I can talk to them more often, until I remember their nicks without the list.
However, the unpleasant after taste of getting kicked by unsavory hosts is real,
especially for new players (happened twice to me.) I would prefer to not repeat
that experience as much as I can.

The karma system that you are contemplating, will it be something that publicly shows
how courteous a person is? :D A measure of popularity and class, driven by how
many times he/she is thanked or scowled at?
