you mean that everyone who uses FA without a legit key is not allowed to use FAF?

I cant find such a statement in the Tunngle terms.

A paragraph that could be related:

7.4.1 Nutzer sind verpflichtet, bei der Nutzung der Netzwerkdienstleistungen die geltenden Gesetze zu befolgen. Es liegt in der eigenen Verantwortung eines jeden Nutzers sicherzustellen, dass seine Inhalte rechtmäßig sind und keine Rechte Dritter verletzen.

Users have to comply with the law while using the network services. It is in their own responsibility to make sure, that their contents are legal and dont violate rights of a third party.

(contents isnt the right thing for faf).

If you want to write your own terms and conditions, why not just write, that FAF may not be used with illegal Forged Alliance Copies. and that neither you nor anybody else of the FAF team is responsible for that.

Yeah, Legalese is a bit pointless here.

We could just word it in a nice way:
"While the FA Forever Lobby does not check your CD Key, we would ask that you please buy your copies of Supreme Commander/Forged Alliance to show GPG that they have made a great game and to voice your support for them to make more like this"

Don't write that FaF doesn't check CdKeys...
Write instead that you need a valid key to install FA (wich is true) and therefore that FaF condemn Piracy.
