I was playing with repair and reclaim and found that it takes 10 ACUs to repair land factory and 7 ACUs to reclaim it at the same time so hp will not go up or down while you reclaim/repair, hp is static and you found balance
i did same for air fac, ratio was 10 ACUs build 8 ACUs reclaim
AND THEN I TRYED T2 MEX LOL
it didn't work with ACUs for some reason
then i tryed t1 engyes, and i was adding more and more but i hit unit cap and didn'y find balance...
then i tryed with t2 engyes
312 t2 engyes on repair and 144 on reclaim and i was not able to find that balance
then i started to count in buld power not in engy amount
and i found that balance in somewhere in between 3903/1800 build power and 3903.5/1800 build power (3903 on repair and 1800 on reclaim)
so i assumed that balance in somewhere around 3903.25 lol)
then i look at t2 mex stats, and it has 1171 build time (
that is a freaking prime number lol)
i started suspecting that is reason that i can't get this balance ratio done
cause when i make repair it is obviosly takes in account build time, and if reclaim would do that, i would be able to get that ratio (i was reclaiming and reparing same unit so build time should not matter)
then i made kind of equasion, so it takes 3903.25 build power to build t2 mex at the same time as to 1800 build power to reclaim it
so 1171/3903.25 = 0.3000064 and 5400 (power cost of t2 mex) divided by 10 (out of nowhere) and then divided by 1800 also gives me 0.3

so i tested with other stuff and math seems to work
i always thought that hydro is so fast to reclaim cause it has low build time and high HP, but now i know it is cause it power cost is low...
so reclaim time is (power cost / 10) / build time
