In the intro movies of the UEF and the Cybrans, you can work out the dimensions by comparing the person's body with the ACU foot (UEF) or the tube capsule (Cybran), and then compare the respective things to the two cockpits. You'll get to an ACU size of about 40m, maybe 50, but certainly not 90.
The map dimensions support this. A 5km x 5km map is 256x256 squares, which have size 1. That means that a square is ~19.5m. If you check the unit files of the ACUs, you can see that the size is about 2, or that an ACU is 39m.
This was also the size in the old database.
