Desync problem

Hello! I was hoping someone could shed some light on why I get desync at the start of every match? I don't think it's causing any trouble right now other than people freaking out when they see the desync message at the start of every game.
I have the original disc copy of Forced Alliance and it's patched up to 1.5.3599.

Not sure why it does that, what featured mod does it happen with? It's only one beat of desyncing, right?

Is it a multiplayer game? If someone in it is using a Steam version, it is a known issue that the desync window will appear for 1 beat.

Not, this is solved and shouldn't happening. So this is a new bug.

The desync occurs with every online game. Doesn't matter if it's a mod game or not. It's always just one desync message at the start of every match, but after that every usually goes smoothly. When the game starts, it says waiting for other players, the desync pops up with a list of names, people panicking on chat, game goes on smoothly for the rest of the way.
