tournament rules:
-Rating cap per clan is 7600 (considering the highest rating you've got).
-full party (4 people) is necessarily.
-Only clans that have already been active on faf can take part in the tourney,clan that are going to be created after the tourney had been announced,won't be able to take part in it.
-players that are switching clans after the tournament had been announced,won't be able to take part in the tournament.
-players that haven't been in a clan,but want to join a clan to take part in the tourney can do so.
-clans will be disqualified if requests about games/activity will be denied or the clan will just go silent.
-default tournament rules are also applied,aka no smurfing,rating manipulations etc.
-TD decision is final.
