FAF lobby login

My friend got the game and is having trouble creating an account. HE creates an account, get the confirmation email and registers but when he tries to login in it says "Couldn't sign in with id. Multiple accounts restricted". He's tried 4 different emails, and 4 different usernames but the same issues keeps appearing. Is their anything that can be done?

Only one account per PC is allowed.
