Getting timeouted

Hello everyone,
So I have strange problem.
Lets suppose I play with 2 people:Host and Friend.

Situation 1
Host create game room.I join game room.Friend join game.From their perspective I take timeout.After 2 sec i get "Keep trying or Give up" box.Friend stay at game room.

Situation 2
Host create game room.Friend join game.I try to join game room.From their perspective I take timeout.After 2 sec i get "Keep trying or Give up".Friend stay at game room.

Situation 3
I create game room.Host and Friend can join mine game room and everything is ok for like half hour until my repeater die.

Situation 4
Host create game but thru normal FA.Me and Friend can join but Me and host are getting desync messages about Friend and Friend about us(so much that he is destroying out bases and we don't see it).

Sometimes in situation 1 and 2 sometimes it don't kick me out and we can play much longer than on mine game room.

My ISP is Orange. Router is Livebox 1.0 and repeater is Air-live WL-5460AP.
Friend ISP is Orange.Host ISP is Netia.

Any idea what is a problem and how to solve it?

Some guys from South Africa have the same problem: it will only work when they host.
