FAF keeps on writing to forever.log?

So I had FAF open for much of the afternoon, when I suddenly get a notification my SSD is full. Turns out FAF was at fault, as it kept on writing to forever.log. That file got to the size of nearly 30 GB before running out of space. I checked task manager and found FAF was writing to disk non-stop with 1 MB/s. I could actually watch the size of the log go up and up non-stop. If it's any help, the last thing I did on FAF was test out the changes in Nomads for about an hour or so. When I killed FAF process and restarted it, FAF stopped its silliness of writing to disk, but also deleted the gigantic log (now it's only 4 KB.)

I'll upload my files, but I doubt they'll be of any use.

And that is based on a bug that is easily countered by restarting FAF?
and till now it only occured once....

I would not even put a look into it unless it would happen again and again.
Your patience is ridiculous low.
This is a free service Ze_PilOt provides... get some patience or start looking yourself.
He probably can't do anything since the bug would show in the big file which you had deleted by reFAFing.

I always try to be corteous and nice, even on the Internet, and avoid flaming and/or trolling. But for you, I'll make an exception. TO HELL WITH THAT.
Why don't you take your post and your attitude and shove it up deep where sun never shines?

I don't really know what your problem is here.
Threads get bumped, and mine got worringly low on the list, so I bumped it. It doesn't matter if the bug can be countered or not, or if it's a first or not. I am here to help ZeP improve the lobby by reporting a bug no one has reported before, whatever the cause.
As for the giant log, I did not know it would disappear when I relogged. I have never investigated how FAF's log system works. And even so, how do you expect me to upload that anywhere, even if I had it? My internet connection would take WEEKS to upload that.

If you don't have anything constructive to say, leave this to someone who has.
