Game settings are broken

Hey guys my friend encounters a strange problem. when he host a game and set teams and game settings i.e no air in the lobby, these settings doesnt work when game starts; we can build air. Could someone explain to me how to solve this?

What's your Lobby version ? (create a game and look on bottom right "New Skin by Xinnony and Barlot [vxxx]")

looks like the problem is solved, chosing "no teleports" as an option will f*** everything up, gonna avoid it. anyway thanks for answering.

It's normal, because the BlackOps featured Mod not have the last version, and the last version have my fix.
