Virtual Machine and Smurf Accout Ban

Hello

A friend has been banned because he used Virtual Machine once, he got the message with the smurf thing etc.
He didnt know it was forbidden(neither do I), he just bought the game because we wanted to have fun together against AI so he is not even aware there is a ranking system.
Please would you unban him ? His FAF name is r_aph, that would be great and by the way congratulations for the work you guys did.
