Problem with UPDATING and connection

i cant update the faf or the game...when im trying to create custom game i see
"Updating FAF" window ant then this error pops up

i dont know why this is happening

edit: i can donwold mods from vaults
edit2 : I tried to remove FAF folder from ProgramData... didnt help
