Trying to change language to Czech

Hello guys,im new here and really a big NOOB in this game.
I have a problem with FAF
I buy this game on Steam with Czech language (because its my native language)
When i start game on STEAM,it shows good language Czech,but when i start a MP match from FA Forever program,its whole in English
I have tryed the console settings by writing there lua language('cz'),hit enter,restart the game and it still dont help.
Please,if anybody knows how to help me
My game is a fresh installed with profile named Pavel same as my FA Forever program (ovd77 is my nick)

My Hardware is : Windows 7 SP 1
4GB ram
640 HDD
AMD HD6490M

From what I know FAF is locked for English...

So i cant play Multiplayer match in Czech Language ? Even when my game is in Czech ?
I chat with peoples in the Lobby on FAF program,and they say that their FAF program is in English,but their game is in their native language

try to rename your loc_CZ.scd to loc_US.scd and replace original file
but its just and untested idea so back up original file

I tryed that,and still without results,the game started through Fa Forver lobby is still in English
