ACU Upgrades with All Factions Mod

I like playing with friends as well as against the AI with the All Factions mod. However, we were wondering why the BlackOps ACU upgrades only affect your chosen ACU from the lobby and not the other three as well. They just have the vanilla upgrades. Is there a fix for this?

i tested the mod "All factions V2". there u can only use the vanilla upgrades.

i also downloaded "BO ACU All Factions V1". here u can use all BO upgrades on all 4 ACU's
