Live and kicking or vaporware?

What the title says - Is this mod alive and kicking, still being updated or more like "dead and surelu not updated anymore"? If the latter then the question is - what is the ultimate expanded experience in FA? BO+TM+Nomads?
Supreme Commander FAF, Supreme Commander 2 RVE, Planetary Annihilation: Titans - those are only good RTS games left!
