What is capable of the HoverACU?

So i once managed to make my acu "hover". Havent tested, putted it back on ground in fear of ban.

Can it pass rivers, be invicible or somethin?

I noticed the animation glitch, but does it affects game at all? (maeks it avable to pass water, be invicible or become an air unit?)
