i cant download the prothyon download [SOLVED]

when i try to download the prothyon download and it says i cant because i need to update my browser and when i did and tried again it said the same thing and it wont download

That's two of us that don't know why you cant launch it. You will have to be more specific.

i set up the game and switch the campaign map with the prothyon map and when i get a team and we all ready up it wont let me launch the game
