My friend cant login to game [SOLVED]

Good day.
Yesterday, 25.12, she played online. In the course of the game hung, lost connection with another player. Or something like this. As a result the game couldt continue. She suggested the second player to leave, to which he agreed. He accused her of connection problems, and insulted her. And then threatened that will ban the account.
After that, she FAF did not run. And today the client is run, but to do anything it cant.
Thats such a nasty situation.

Tell your friend to upload her local replay of the said game here or post a replay id here in case the replay isn't broken. Should the mods find someone to break the rules then actions will be taken.

If your friend has issues with the client then she should post logs to the tech support subforum. Vaguely described issues through a 3rd person are not the best tool for devs to iron out problems.

That replay is not in the vault, so we would need local copy of it.

Excuse me. Problem solved. After updating client FAF established is not correct.
And the chat account advised in the future to make a screenshot.
