Two screen anti-aliasing issue

Before the recent update I played with two screens with no issues. I have recently updated to the current patch. Now playing with two screens with anti aliasing on, the primary screen blurs when zooming in and out. Turning off Anti-aliasing stops the blur but puts black lines across the screen. When disabling the secondary monitor all together the issue also cleared up.

I have solved the problem myself. Turn off vertical sync and the issue should clear up.
