Got automatic permanent ban. Reason for it is not specified.
P.s: I have steam copy of the game, it's not linked because, you know, my account is banned.

i've removed the ban on your account

also make sure that the windows instrumentation service is allowed to run -> you can find the windows services via windows+R -> services.msc
