I've seen a lot of helpful post by a lot of great players helping out newbies such as myself. This is a replay of me losing, although I cant quite understand why. Any tips would be great. Also, anyone have a replay showcasing how to play the nomads 1v1?

• you spotted the unprotected engy on bot, kill him
• you had access to at least 5 mexes but you did not build them for sveral minutes
• you upgraded a mex to T2 (WAAAAY too early)

Question about facing the gun upgrade: had i lost the game there already or could i have stopped him somehow?

you already lost at this point, there was nothing you could have done
it actually would not really have mattered if he would have had no gun as your base was completely destroyed a few seconds later
