SCU RAS Preset

Hi, played a long game last night and finally had the chance to try out SCUs. I normally find it too micro intensive and would rather stop ecoing when all of my mexes are T3 but I wanted to see what all the fuss about SCUs was. Lo and behold I could not for the life of me find the RAS preset! Very disappointing. I searched the forums and it brings up this thread:

In which several posters infer that a RAS preset would be imba but it is not mentioned that it has been removed although I assume that is the case because I sure as hell couldn't find it when I built the Quantum Gateway.

I dont see how its imba. so long as the cost is either added to the SCU when you gate it in, it just reduces the need for micro.* Always good. Another thing that would good is selecting them all and upgrading them all at once. Or being able to hot button upgrade them.

Being able to select what upgrades an SCU has the moment it warp it would be nice, and you could select that, then set build to whatever, and let them come through. Just tack on the power and mass cost directly to the original SCU cost. In terms of Mass you are only getting a t2 Mexes worth of mass directly, and it takes 3-4 SCUs to supply enough power for Mass Fabs. Even more than that if you bother to put shields on your SCUs and eat up power.

*unless thats the issue. I don't have a polite answer for people who demand micro intensives things simply for their own sake, when streamlining might be possible or feasible.
