Ultra Realistic/1080p Graphics Mod?

Is there a mod that really gives Supreme Commander FAF a supreme makeover? If there isn't, can it be done?

I also prefer Wind Waker HD ^^^^ because of how simple it is, yet it was a great improvement over a Gamecube game. c:

Is there a mod/shader that makes the water look better? Like in Supcom 2? 'Cause that looked great. .u.
