Is it possible to play certain sounds when certain conditions contribute to a unit's death?

E.G. if you tele-mazer someone can you play the epic Goonies "HEEEEYYY YOUUUU GUYSSSSS!!"

Is this an obscure reference of some quote or is it just a sound byte that says "PURE SKILL!" ?
