Avatar in lobby!!!

Hello commanders!We have made a modification for the lobby, which displays avatars.At the moment there is no access to the FA server. We want modders to make a response from the server (for example, with the command /avatar). The mod uses the id of the avatars. We want to implement this in the faf client.

We = Super. As of now that just fetches a pre-saved avatar image from a directory based on an ID you specify in the lua file, as a concept this works but for a proper full implementation of avatars in the game lobby you need more than this.

Like some server verification if that user should really have the avatar and ban for altering sent information.

Also avatars are added/removed so you can't/shouldn't just rely on updating avatars during game patches to the game files.

Giebmasse, you do not understand a little, every time the lobby will request information from the server. Where the player has avatars that are coded in the codes ***, if the lobby has received the information, then it can upload the picture. Loads a picture no longer from the server, but from the player's PC - just like flags work. If the lobby has not received information from the server, it will not load the avatar to the player

Yes I understand, I was referring to that code having to be in place also. Additionally avatars are not set in stone so they would also need a system to keep them updated. So we are back to this being a nice concept so far.
