New Commander Icon for distinguishability

I want to first discuss this on the Forum before creating my PR since this could be a controversial change.

Currently, Commanders and Subcommanders have the exact same icon.
This new Icon is a lot larger and looks different from the subcommanders icon.
The current icon:

Yes there is a bunch of SCUs in there. Cant see the commander? Well thats why im suggestion the change
