Redesign of FAF homepage

I was wondering if I could take a crack at redesigning the homepage for FAF. I'm not sure of what other people think, but I think it's not great. I'm sure I could do better.

Let me know if I could. I also should be able to add all the same widgets it has now.

the lobby and website is poen sourced, and any info/code you can find on it is yours to edit

the hard part is to make pilot accept what you have done

if your work is of a high standard then he should have no problem with it.

If you have a burning desire to do it, just do it. If he ends up using it you'll get full credit of course.

Also don't have a aneurysm when ZeP doesn't want to give out full control of the server like candy. Don't pester for control. It's nothing personal, but hostile takeovers of online communities happens all of the time. It's how online communities get ruined very quickly.

Even in our own community this has happened before with Anaryl attempting to resolve a personal spat by taking over the FAF facebook page, see: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2111&start=10#p22513
