Mirrors for Downloads

Hey Guys,

I'm sure the maps, mods, etc downloads chew up a fantastic amount of bandwidth, plus they are a little slowish.

I own/operate a performance oriented hosting provider and we provide very fast download speeds.

Have you considered setting up a mirror system so that people with fast hosting can contribute to downloads?

It wouldn't be very hard to setup, RSYNC with some keys & then some simple DNS entries and boom.

And you could have a mirror region setting in the settings would allow you to make it so that people could hit a specific region's DNS host such as:

europe.content.faforeveror us.content.faforever
