The development of FAF ended in a bang some months ago (remember the awesome launch event with TLO/TBO/Chris Tayler and of course Gowerly ?
.All the goals of FAF were reached, except one...
But I've recently got some pressure to make more things happening.
I'm not found of vaporware, that's why I want to set it in stone if something happen. That's why this is happening now :

The project will be founded no matter the final amount is. The amount of features will depend of the final goal.
If it doesn't reach the goal, I will still work on some improvements for FAF (basically all the stuff that you've asked and that I've answered by "here is the lobby code").
If the goal is reach, Galactic War will happen.
The complexity of the features will depend of the final amount, so I don't want to say things I won't be able to do. But it will as good as it can.
If you wonder why we are using indiegogo instead of kickstarter : You need to be a US/british citizen to use kickstarter. Also, indiegogo allow a project to be funded even it doesn't reach the goal, ensuring that something will happen no matter what !
