Ok, i see a little Pd (1x) near the map's image when i click on the planet, what does it mean?
I have to drag & drop that little pd on the map? I Try but doesn't work!
It means that someone buyed a PD to use on that planet?
That PD will be automatically used by the defender?
How can I buy a PD for a planet?
Where can I find those Pds that i would like to buy?
If i'm in the First Rank, can I buy PDs?

It's the current defenses on the planet.

Yes.

You can't do anything at first rank. It's the punishment rank for losing your ACU. In the next server update, new players start at rank 2, player who died at rank 1.
