Some explanations about the recent cost change :
- Rank 0 can attack for free.
- The attack cost more the more you rank up.
The idea is that you have to communicate, and to give importance to new players.
They can launch an attack, cancel it so a high ranked player can take it.
As higher ranks got unit reinforcement and not rank 0, probably a good idea to offer them units.
The global idea is that lot of rank 0 are required for the faction to be functional (basically, players that don't want to get too involved into the roleplay part of the game or don't like the "recall" thingy), but higher ranked players are needed to get advance options.
