Annoying defence action being cancelled

im was attacking the aeon world of 67 and their defender decides to engage, he then cancels moments before the game starts , he does 4-5 times then he gets the auto win, i should be the one winning when its the defender cancelling

i think i got a similar issue, attacking a uef planet:

the game is setting up, suddenly i get the message that FA is already running


then i close the game, it automatically launches again, now this happens:


after this, i didn't get a game but lost the credits i needed to attack

same issue here. After the 5th cancelling my attack was aborted automatically....

I had the same experience. I believe it is being intentionally done to cheat the system.

I was attacking UEF planet 15 and had waited almost an hour for the game. (48 mins - 12 mins to go).

I suggest a penalty to the UEF of +/- 5 planets for the attempted cheat as it has now become a popular practice of theirs.

Also, perhaps a 2 times cancel game = automatic loss for whoever cancels. Maybe 3 to avoid legitimate conn problems?

Hotfog, maybe you should take a look at planet 119 which has been literally cheated into your control.

Look at your own faction when you accuse people of cheating :/

I don't think this is happening intentionally.

What is happening is you guys are in auto match, and its pretty unlikely tha you both quit at the same time. So one per son quits the auto match and the plnaet is free again, the planet again being spammed with attacks.

Yes. No doubt. It has been occurring too regularly to be an error. To have a game cancelled 5 times is no glitch.

If the game was trying to launch as a defend, then why, if attacked immediately again, was there no player to defend? The player was there a min ago supposedly "trying to launch a defence"? Why not just re-launch the defence rather than wait another 40 minutes to then cancel the game again?

im ok with the game being cancelled 5 times by the ATTACKER this can give an auto win to the defender. its when the DEFENDER does this and still gets the auto win is the bug that is going on and is being exploited by all factions
