attack disappeared

i was attacking uef planet 128, someone defended before the timer to a freewin hit 0, the game wouldn't connect (stuck in connection screen), i cancelled, the timer was already finished, result:
the attack disappeared, instead of a freewin i got nothing of the planet, also no victory
