GW Reinforcements/attacks not working!

Attacking,Forming a squad and both shops dont work.

Attack and form a squad are clickable but won't do anything, whilst the shops will open with nothing in them!

Right in that moment i send him Loyalist, and he said he can't see it... i did not had this bug at that momeny, interesting if he has that lloyalist or not.....

oh, i did not read 1rst post before, i thought that he will say that we have no reinforcements now (no units in window) same wiht planetary def

i do not know what causing TCP error, and never knew, but this evening i used to have 3 of them in a row with 5 min delay inbetween

not sure if logs contain TCP errors
i backed up my prevous logs, i were afraid if i relog logs will loose info
