occupation & charge bar problems

the charge bar charges far above 100% until the server realizes it (already had 160% and more, without beeing defended), then the occupation on the planets does not shift at all
the planets 69, 101 and 121 are affected, not sure about others

18:00 CEST time, not sure when it started but it's already like this for hours

Same issue experienced on 37, 5, 121. I believe all attacks are broken since we got the last charge against Seraphim to enslave them, about midday GMT and it's that trigger that's broken everything.

I attacked 65 and had a charge over 200% but didn't gain anything then somebody defended i retreated.
I even lost 5 of the starting percentages .

Seems that if you defend, you can still gain % if you win, but attackers can never gain.

I'm currently redoing how reinforcements are working in game (see the thread), then I will fix these bugs.

The reset has effectively eliminated the issue.

It's normally fixed in the code too.
