Start Up Bugs

I just got this bug where I was charging then someone decided to defend against me, the game opened up but it was the original sup com menu, not FAF. GW map said I was still in battle, I can't attack other planets or anything even though i've killed the FAF application in task manager, restarted etc it says my 'FAF is currently already running'.

*Planet 96 has been in battle since this morning and I'm on 4550% charge and I can't do anything...

logs,.... (don't post me new logs, I'm not interested. Only logs when the bug happens. Read the stickies on the forum).
