My Computer wont let me play GW but my old one did.

My new computer wont load GW and when i try to open it it instantly crashes FAF. it will tell me there was an unexpected error and close. However my old Laptop ran GW fine. my new desktop that has better everything period wont load it though. :/ any way i can fix this or is GW linked to the computer you account joined it from?

Well, it s a standard HP multi touch computer. and how do check the logs on it? I remember one time it told me it was a problem with port 6660, if it is a problem with that prot how do i fix it?
