Graphical error on the map display

i get this:



this only occurs when i mouse over a planet with planteray defenses on it, and when i mouse over one without, the bug disappears, so I'm guessing this is to do with the overlay on the planets

-restarting faf did not help
-using themes and not using themes didnt change anything

example planet to mouse over is 162 in the top left corner, or 118 as seen in the image (and any other planet with defenses)

happened at about 4pm gmt 22/12/13
