FaF error on trying to defend planet 9

tried to defend planet, 9, but after the game began loading, it was alt tabbed out by an error.
i tried to alt tab back in, but it said i had been defeated (40 seconds into the game), presumably the game itself loaded correctly?
on pressing the score button, the game got alt tabbed back out and FAF crashed completely, closing.

games have worked successfully in the past
my defeat did not result in my account/character being reset, so i didn't "die" officially

defense seems to have failed, and the attack was no longer seen to be ongoing after re-logging (not sure if related)
