Squads not working in GW

Squads not working in GW ; I get the proposal and try and accept but nothing happens after I accept
Logs of Manfet trying to join me "VoR_Taffypride" to a squad
Also of RA_Shado with same

These were in the last few minutes

My side of the logs, send squad invite to Gorton three times in a row, then he sent one invite to me. (the one to me is only in my logs)
