You've probably lost your reinforcements in a previous failed attempt.

The system for calling reinforcements will change dramatically when I have time to finish the interface :)

Hmm, it was my first game in a day, i bought reinforcements right before i went into this battle. Chosen, who i played against there, said he didnt get his reinforcements as well. If you still need replay its here.

Chosen really didn't have any army, and already fixed your issue in the future version of the mod.
I'm back-porting the fix to the current version until the new one is ready.
