My avatar died when the other players connection dropped?

What is the rules around dropping out of games?

It would be great if the ACU could just automatically try to recall if you get disconnected. Would at least have a chance that way.
Imagine losing an avatar with 30 victories to a disconnect.

I have no way to detect if someone is disconnected from FAF server.

I could try to make a auto-recall if people are disconnected with each other, but if your connection is unstable, prepare to die a lot for no reason, it's not something I can't fix.

Did you loose your connection or did one guy loose the connection and all of the rest lost their avatars like in that thread?
Imho that guy was cheating somehow. Because of that I still am after that.

I'm pretty sure it's not cheating : If you lose connection to the server, you don't report anything, so the other guy reports you dying.

Either way, you are now auto-recalling on disconnect.

Couldn't this be abused to instant recall? I suppose you could ban people who did this though.

It does not insta-recall. You have to wait the exact same time than when clicking the recall button.
