"you can't defend while you're in battle"

time 7:34 (gmt+4)
tryed to defend planet 50
FA launched but got black screen, maybe i wait not enought, but i thought that i wait enought and closed FA
then when i was trying defend again it was telling me that "you can't defend while you're in battle"

(then i tryed to uncheck and check available for playing, and when clikc defend, scan for opponent bar appers for half of second and dissapears again, after a while bug fixing itself magicaly =\ )

have to say that i had issues with router, and after i reboot it they gone... so my router may casue connect issues

That message is not a bug.

It displays when the server is already trying to launching you in a game. Until it has really failed, you can't try anything else.
