"you can't defend while you're in battle" again

I tryed defend planet 102, however GW said that map can't be installed, and that i should report that map, but it is not the case.
after i closed this message, i could not even try defend again, cause it always says that i am alerady in battle and no sign of that in interface (no scan bar, no charge, no anything)
also just saying, FA did not launch

meh... after 2 minutes of waiting, come to gw again and just clicked defend on that planet and got aurowin, i know it is probably not bug, but maybe it is just his FA launched, and was open all that time while i could not even start launching my
