Ive finished fight on 103 and when I checked GW again I saw that attack is charging on planet 58, but I didnt attack it and on map I could see that its not me attacking, it was Sou Saisau-Zoonnis (my name is Ithiem Zottoo-Zithutin)
it was around 19:15

Exactly as described for me, too
Planet 149 at 00:52 . It stopped kinda randomly then and restarted 2 minutes later to keep going until now.
It stopped at around 0:58 to give the enemy a win now.
