1292 attack on hold

1292 the attack is been paused and the charge attack is curently at 175 % 9:12 england time

What "been paused" means ?

Attack on hold the guy clicked on the charge attack and paused the attack on that planet but the charge bar went over 100 % and was rissing when i left

That's not a bug. Unless I'm missing something. That's exactly how putting an attack on hold work : It doesn't count when charged up.
